Stuffed Peppadews

These are colorful cream cheese herbed stuffed peppadew peppers.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 20 peppadew peppers drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat the peppadew peppers dry with paper towels.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with the feta, chives, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
  4. Pipe the filling into each peppadew pepper.
  5. Arrange on a platter and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Chill the filling briefly first so it pipes more cleanly.
