Stuffed Ornament Peppers by Tastemade

Ingredients
  

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 12 pretzel sticks
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Slice the tops off the mini peppers and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, chives, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pipe or spoon the filling into each pepper.
  4. Press a small piece of pretzel stick into the top of each to look like an ornament hook.
  5. Arrange on a platter and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Use a mix of red, orange, and yellow peppers so they really look like a string of ornaments.
