Ingredients

  • 2 lb baby back ribs cut into individual ribs
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Method

  1. Season the ribs with salt and wrap tightly in foil.
  2. Bake at 300°F for about 2 hours until tender.
  3. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar into a glaze.
  4. Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the glaze.
  5. Roast uncovered at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, basting, until sticky and caramelized.
  6. Serve hot with plenty of napkins.

Notes

Cutting the rack into single ribs before glazing makes them easy to grab.
