Sriracha Honey Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 scallions sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and half the garlic, then roll into balls.
  2. Bake the meatballs 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Simmer sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and remaining garlic until syrupy.
  4. Toss the baked meatballs in the warm glaze until shiny.
  5. Sprinkle with scallions and serve with toothpicks.

Notes

Save some glaze on the side for extra dipping.
