Sriracha Deviled Eggs

A squeeze of sriracha in the filling gives these a slow, building heat that spice lovers will appreciate. It doesn't blast you — it sneaks up just enough to be interesting. Keep a bottle on the side for anyone who wants to add a little more.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Halve eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks and mix in mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust the sriracha to your preferred heat level.
  4. Fill egg whites with the spicy mixture.
  5. Drizzle a little extra sriracha on top and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
