Spinach Artichoke Dip with Toasted Baguette Slices

This is the dip that disappears first at every party, guaranteed. You can make it the night before and just pop it in the oven before guests arrive. Serve it with toasted baguette rounds and watch it vanish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 14 oz each artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 French baguette sliced and toasted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and red pepper flakes together in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan.
  4. Spread into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices arranged around the dish.
