Spinach Artichoke Dip

A cheesy and creamy dip with baked spinach and artichokes that everyone will love and is gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and half the parmesan.
  4. Spread into the dish and top with the remaining parmesan.
  5. Bake 22-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with gluten-free crackers or veggies.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach really dry or the dip turns watery.
