Spinach Artichoke Dip

An artichoke dip that has cream cheese and spinach in it that is warm and has a lot of cheese in it.

Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Stir together the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and half the mozzarella.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or tortilla chips.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach really dry or the dip turns watery.
