Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Bread

Crusty bread stuffed with creamy artichoke and spinach dip for the ultimate pull-apart experience!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 round bread loaf
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Cut a hollow into the top of the bread loaf, reserving the bread you remove.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and garlic.
  3. Pack the filling into the hollowed loaf.
  4. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly, then serve with the reserved bread chunks for dipping.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach really dry so the dip isn't watery.
