Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A bubbling and golden dish of three cheeses, spinach and artichokes, blended into a hot and creamy mix.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Fold in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until hot and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach really well or the dip turns watery.
