Spicy Nashville Hot Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • Dill pickle slices for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder with the melted butter, then toss with the shredded chicken until well coated.
  4. Fold the spicy chicken mixture into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer to the prepared baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then top with dill pickle slices before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.
