Spicy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Tossing cauliflower florets in buffalo sauce is a great way to make a crispy fiery snack that everyone is sure to enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Whisk the flour, water, and garlic powder into a thin batter.
  2. Dip each floret in the batter and let the excess drip off, then arrange in a single layer in the basket.
  3. Air fry at 380F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
  4. Stir the buffalo sauce and melted butter together, then toss the cooked florets in the sauce.
  5. Return to the air fryer for 4 to 6 minutes to set the glaze, then serve.

Notes

Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing to cool down the heat.
