S'mores Ice Cream

No ice cream machine required here — this is a no-churn situation that uses whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk as the base. Swirl in marshmallow, chocolate fudge, and graham cracker pieces before freezing and you get something that tastes like it came from a scoop shop. It needs at least six

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce at room temperature
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Beat heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.
  2. Fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream gently until just combined.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and hot fudge over the surface, then sprinkle with half the graham crackers and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour remaining ice cream mixture over the top and repeat with remaining marshmallow fluff, fudge, graham crackers, and chocolate chips.
  6. Use a knife to gently swirl the toppings into the mixture, then cover tightly and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
