S'mores Christmas Crunch

For a festive treat, graham cereal, mini marshmallows, and chocolate are mixed with red and green candies for sweet and crunchy snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups graham cracker cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup red and green candy-coated chocolates
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. Toss the graham cereal and mini marshmallows together in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the mixture and gently fold to coat.
  3. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top and fold again.
  4. Sprinkle in the red and green candies and crushed graham crackers while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Spread on parchment to set, then break into clusters.

Notes

Store in an airtight container so the marshmallows stay soft.
