Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef no need to brown it first!
  • 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jar 16 oz salsa (your favorite heat level)
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels

Method

  1. Break up the ground beef and place it in the slow cooker (no need to brown it first—this is a true dump recipe!).
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef.
  3. Add the black beans, salsa, and frozen corn on top. Give everything a quick stir.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, stirring halfway through to break up the meat.
  5. Stir well before serving. Use for tacos, burritos, nachos, or over rice. Top with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro!
