Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs homestyle or Italian
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet 0.87 oz brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to your slow cooker (no need to thaw!).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and brown gravy mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.
  5. Stir in the sour cream during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
