Slow Cooker Dump Beef Stroganoff Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet 1 oz dry onion soup mix
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms fresh or canned
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Add beef stew meat to your slow cooker.
  2. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the beef and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms on top and stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  5. Stir in sour cream during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
