Slow Cooker Dump Beef Stew Dinner

Nothing says comfort food quite like a hearty beef stew, and this dump-and-go version makes it ridiculously easy! No need to brown the meat or chop a million vegetables—just throw it all in and let your slow cooker work its magic. Perfect for those crazy busy days when you still want a home-cooked meal on the table!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bag 24 oz frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, green beans, corn)
  • 2 packets 1 oz each beef stew seasoning mix
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Method
 

  1. Add the beef stew meat to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the frozen vegetables directly on top of the meat (no need to thaw!).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, stew seasoning packets, and tomato paste until combined.
  4. Pour the broth mixture over everything in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through. Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
