Slow Cooker Dump BBQ Chicken Dinner

This is seriously the easiest chicken dinner you'll ever make! Just toss everything in your slow cooker in the morning, and come home to tender, fall-apart BBQ chicken that the whole family will love. Serve it over rice, on buns, or with your favorite sides for a no-fuss weeknight win.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts fully thawed
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion sliced (optional but recommended)

Method
 

  1. Place the fully thawed chicken breasts in the slow cooker; thaw frozen chicken in the refrigerator before starting.
  2. In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Add sliced onion, if using.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the thickest piece reaches 165°F.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Serve on buns, over rice, or with your favorite sides.
