Slow Cooker Dump Balsamic Pork Dinner

This sophisticated-tasting pork dinner is ridiculously simple to throw together! The balsamic vinegar creates the most amazing sweet and tangy sauce that makes even picky eaters ask for seconds. Trust me, no one will believe you when you tell them it only took five ingredients.

  3. Pour the mixture over the pork, making sure it's well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours, until pork is tender and easily shreds.
  5. Shred the pork with two forks and toss with the sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or with roasted vegetables.
