Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method

  1. Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Top each breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss.
  3. Whisk soup, broth, and milk together, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly across the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and the stuffing is set.
  6. Let it sit uncovered 10 minutes to thicken before scooping out servings.

Notes

Don't stir while it cooks; the layers keep the stuffing fluffy on top.
