Sausage and Cranberry Bites

Smoked sausage cooked in a sweet-and-savory cranberry chili sauce for a quick and festive treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb smoked sausage cut into coins
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice

Method
 

  1. Stir the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sausage coins and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Cook 15 to 18 minutes, stirring, until the sauce reduces and clings.
  4. Toss to coat the sausage evenly.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm with toothpicks.
