Reindeer Chow Snack Mix

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups rice cereal squares
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 0.5 cup red and green candies
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over the cereal in a large bowl and gently toss to coat.
  3. Add the powdered sugar to a large zip-top bag, pour in the cereal, and shake until coated.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet to cool and set for 10 minutes.
  5. Toss the coated cereal with the pretzels, candies, and marshmallows.
  6. Scoop into bowls or bag it up for snacking.

Notes

Store in an airtight container so it stays crunchy all week.
