Total Time 1 hour 35 minutes
Servings: 12 slices

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 Reese's cups whole

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and wrap a springform pan in foil.
  2. Press the graham crumbs and butter into the pan to make the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust, arrange the whole Reese's cups in a layer, then top with the remaining batter.
  5. Bake 60 to 70 minutes until the center is just set, then cool slowly with the oven door cracked.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours before slicing to reveal the hidden layer.

Notes

Press the whole cups gently into the batter so they stay centered.
