Reese's Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 Oreos chopped
  • 8 Reese's peanut butter cups chopped, for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F; foil-wrap springform pan.
  2. Press cookie crumbs and butter into pan for crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar smooth; add eggs individually.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreos; pour batter over crust.
  5. Bake 55 to 65 minutes until just set; cool slowly with oven door cracked.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours; top with chopped Reese’s and extra Oreo crumbs before serving.

Notes

Save a few whole cookies to stand up around the edge for a fun finish.
