Reese's Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus called-for ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease 9x13 pan.
  2. Prepare brownie batter; spread three-quarters in pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and egg smooth.
  4. Dollop cheesecake mixture and remaining brownie batter on top; swirl with knife.
  5. Scatter Reese’s pieces and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until set. Cool completely; chill 1 hour before cutting.

Notes

Chilling firms up the swirl so the squares hold their shape.
