  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortilla chips for serving
