Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree

Method
 

  1. Stir the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree together until smooth and thick.
  2. Divide the batter evenly among a lined muffin tin.
  3. Bake at 350F for about 18 minutes until the tops spring back.
  4. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes.
  5. Transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Notes

The batter is thick, so don't worry if it looks different from a usual cake batter.
