Provolone-Stuffed Bread Rolls

Dinner rolls that are nice and soft and filled with melted provolone and brushed with garlic herb butter.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 18 minutes
Total Time 33 minutes
Servings: 12 rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough divided into 12 pieces
  • 6 oz provolone cut into 12 cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Heat oven to 375F and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Flatten each piece of dough and place a cube of provolone in the center.
  3. Pinch the dough around the cheese to seal into a ball, seam side down.
  4. Stir the garlic and parsley into the melted butter and brush over the rolls.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted inside.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

Seal the seams well so the cheese stays tucked inside while baking.
