Polar Bear Marshmallow Pops

These are jumbo marshmallows that are covered in white chocolate and have candy accessories like ears, chocolate noses, and googly eye candy. They are also mounted on a lollipop stick.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 jumbo marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate melted
  • 24 mini marshmallows for ears
  • 24 candy eyes
  • 12 brown candy pieces for noses

Method
 

  1. Push a lollipop stick into each jumbo marshmallow.
  2. Dip each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate to coat.
  3. Press two mini marshmallows on top as ears before it sets.
  4. Add two candy eyes and a brown candy nose.
  5. Stand the pops upright in a foam block and let set until firm.

Notes

Halve the mini marshmallows cut-side out for rounder bear ears.
