Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons celery very finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon white onion very finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Halve eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks until fine, then blend in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the minced celery and onion.
  4. Spoon filling into egg whites.
  5. Dust with paprika, cover tightly, and keep chilled until serving.
