Pecan Crunch Apple Cheesecakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup apples diced
  • 0.5 cup pecans candied and chopped

Method
 

  1. Press the graham crumbs and butter into lined muffin cups.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs and spoon over the crusts.
  3. Top each with diced apples.
  4. Bake at 325F for 22 to 24 minutes until set.
  5. Cool, chill 2 hours, then scatter candied pecans over each before serving.

Notes

Add the candied pecans just before serving so they stay crunchy.
