Servings: 12 slices

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter warmed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and wrap a springform pan in foil.
  2. Press the graham crumbs and butter into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the batter over the crust, then drizzle the warmed peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake 55 to 65 minutes until the center is just set, then cool slowly with the oven door cracked.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

Warm the peanut butter slightly so it swirls easily into ribbons.
