Total Time 22 minutes
Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and space them out on the sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look soft.
  6. Let them cool on the pan for 5 minutes before moving them; they firm up as they rest.

Notes

Use a no-stir peanut butter for the most reliable texture.
