Layer the flour mixed with baking soda, then the sugars and both kinds of chips in a quart jar.

Seal and attach a baking card.

To bake, combine the mix with 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1 egg into a dough.

Scoop onto a lined sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Cool on the pan a few minutes before transferring to a rack.
