Total Time 17 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the milk and egg until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
  3. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on top.
  5. Flip and cook another minute until golden, then serve with syrup.

Notes

Don't overmix the batter — lumps are the secret to fluffy pancakes.
