Overnight Oats with Berries

Grab this easy to go lunch with layered creamy no-cook oats, sweet mixed berries, and drizzled honey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Stir together the oats, milk, yogurt, honey and salt in a jar or container.
  2. Gently fold in half of the berries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, top with the remaining berries and pack with the lid on.
  5. Stir before eating; loosen with a splash of milk if it got too thick.

Notes

These keep for up to 3 days, so make a double batch for the week.
