Nutella Cheesecake Bars

A cheesecake made of chocolate and hazelnuts, with a crust of cookie crumbs, swirled and chilled to perfection!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Nutella divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment.
  2. Stir the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust, then dollop 1/2 cup of Nutella on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake for 32 to 35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center barely jiggles.
  6. Cool, then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before warming the remaining Nutella to drizzle and slicing.

Notes

Chilling overnight gives you the cleanest, prettiest bars.
