Mini Turtle Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Paper-line muffin tin; press graham crumbs and butter into bottoms.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spoon filling into each liner; smooth tops.
  4. Drizzle caramel and chocolate; sprinkle pecans.
  5. Chill at least 3 hours until set; lift out and serve.

Notes

Peel the liners while still cold for the neatest bites.
