Season beef with salt and pepper; form 12 patties slightly larger than buns to allow shrinkage.

Halve buns; place cheesy patties on bottoms.

Cut small slits in top buns; insert two pretzel antlers at top.

Attach candy eyes and red M&M or tomato nose with tiny dab of ketchup or mayo.

Add decorated tops; serve immediately while cheese gooey.
