Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 mini Reese's cups

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F; paper-line muffin tin.
  2. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press a spoonful into each liner.
  3. Place one mini Reese’s cup on each crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar smooth; beat in eggs and spoon over cups.
  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until set; cool to room temperature.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours; serve topped with extra chopped Reese’s.

Notes

These freeze beautifully, so stash a few for later.
