Taco night meets party appetizer, and honestly this hybrid wins. Seasoned ground beef, salsa, and cheese all tucked into crescent triangles — your guests get a whole taco experience in one bite. Top them with sour cream and jalapeño for the full effect.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb ground beef browned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Sour cream and jalapeño slices for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cook beef with taco seasoning and water until liquid absorbs, then stir in salsa.
  3. Separate crescent triangles and press each into a greased mini muffin tin to form a cup.
  4. Fill each cup with taco beef and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake 13 to 15 minutes until dough is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Top with a dollop of sour cream and a jalapeño slice to serve.
