Mini Chicken Quesadilla Wedges

Quesadillas might be the world's most efficient party food — they're fast, cheap, and universally loved. Cut them into small wedges so they're finger-food friendly and set out salsa and sour cream for dipping. You can keep batches warm in a low oven.
