Maple Pecan Clusters

Maple chocolate-coated toasted pecan clusters are a quick, crunchy, and gift-worthy candy.

Servings: 24 clusters

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecans toasted
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Toast the pecans and let them cool slightly.
  2. Melt the chocolate until smooth, then stir in the maple syrup.
  3. Fold the pecans into the chocolate until well coated.
  4. Drop spoonful clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm and set.

Notes

A flaky pinch of salt on top makes these absolutely irresistible.
