Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through, until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add the pecan halves and stir gently until all pecans are completely coated in the chocolate mixture.
Using a spoon, drop clusters of the chocolate-pecan mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making about 24 clusters.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then store in an airtight container.
