Maple Pecan Chicken with Holiday Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 cups stuffing mix prepared
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp rosemary chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375F and spread prepared stuffing in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk maple syrup, Dijon, melted butter, and rosemary together.
  3. Set chicken breasts on the stuffing and brush generously with the maple glaze.
  4. Sprinkle pecans over the top.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway, until the chicken reaches 165F.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Real maple syrup makes a big flavor difference over pancake syrup here.
