Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen chicken breasts
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth

Method

  1. Place the frozen chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon, vinegar, garlic, and broth, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Slice the chicken and spoon the maple Dijon sauce over the top.
  5. Serve with roasted vegetables or a simple salad.

Notes

Reduce the leftover sauce in a pan for a thicker, more syrupy glaze.
