Luscious Chocolate Cake Pops

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups crumbled chocolate cake
  • 3/4 cup chocolate frosting
  • 12 oz chocolate coating melted
  • 1/3 cup holiday sprinkles
  • 30 lollipop sticks

Method
 

  1. Mix the crumbled cake with the frosting until it holds together.
  2. Roll into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Dip a stick tip in melted coating and insert into each ball.
  4. Dip each pop fully into the melted coating and let the excess drip off.
  5. Add sprinkles before the coating sets and stand upright to dry.

Notes

Chilling the balls firm before dipping keeps them from sliding off the sticks.
