Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature for 2-3 hours until doubled in size.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface, gently shape into a round boule, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cover loosely and let rise for 1 hour until puffy.
Preheat oven to 450°F, slash the top of the loaf with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern, and bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
