Jingle Bell Popcorn

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups plain popped popcorn unpopped kernels removed
  • 8 oz white candy coating
  • 1/2 cup red and green candy-coated chocolates
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Spread popcorn on the lined sheet. Melt candy coating according to its package and drizzle over the popcorn, tossing gently to distribute.
  2. While coating is wet, scatter over the chocolates, candy cane pieces and sprinkles. Let set for about 20 minutes.
  3. Break into clusters and divide into 12 portions.

Notes

Equipment: large parchment-lined baking sheet.
Serving size: 1 serving.
Store airtight in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days.
